  • 1 piece of carp, clean it, cut it

  • iceberg lettuce

  • 750ml of water

  • 1 Royco Beef Broth

  • 6 the garlic, thinly sliced

  • 6 red onions, thinly sliced

  • 1 lemongrass, bruised

  • 4 slices of galangal

  • 2 tomatoes, cut

  • 5 pieces of cayenne pepper

  • 5 orange leaves

  • 2 ml of lime juice

  • 2dm fish sauce

  • 5g green lettuce

How to make

Boil water and Royco Broth until boiling.

Add all the spices except the lime and fish sauce, bring to a boil.

Add the fish, simmer for 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat, add the juice of lime and fish sauce.

Put the lettuce pieces in a bowl, pour them with hot soup and serve.
